I was given Kosta’s name a year ago, during an intensely emotional time of my life. Dealing with a family crisis; struggling with a language barrier in a strange city, far away from home, family, friends, support. I was consumed by fear, uncertain of whom to trust, where to turn for help, what to do next… From the moment we first spoke on the phone, I felt a deep sense of relief. He just knew. Knew what I needed to hear, to see, to understand. Knew what my loved one needed from me; how I could be of the most support. Oh Happy Days!!! The workshops are starting again – I’m so happy! I’ve had to really focus all summer, the holidays are tough to keep focused as I don’t get nourished by our bi-monthly classes that inspire me through my life’s journey. The classes are like a “good virus that infects us and then we infect our friends consequently sharing positive love, peace & contentment in life which as a result uplifts most people in our path of life and certainly gives me a natural high; lifting my energy level to a new and wonderful height. Kosta came into my life at a time that I had no energy and was very unhappy. Every time I saw Kosta it was with a heavy heart. Every time I left our meetings, it was with a lighter and more focused heart. Kosta has given me nothing but strong advice to help me focus on my path and where I need to be. When in doubt, contact Kosta! That’s my motto!!

You brought another way for me to look at life…to look into the true ME. You saw me from the outside…same as I was on the inside…Not everyone is like that, not many people can truly “see”. When we see people from the “outside”, playing and having fun, people we meet, work colleagues, friends…we only see a very little part of who they truly are. We judge and label them: they are happy, rich, successful, nice, and on and on we go… Truth is we embellish and compare ourselves to a story we internally create. We don’t know what’s going on behind the social mask that they are wearing…what they are going through every day, how they feel deep inside, how alone they may be feeling… We judge by that little moment…we shouldn’t. People have a different story behind the doors of their house, doors of their body, doors of their heart… You also made me realize that I am whole, that I unique, and that I don’t need anything or anyone to define me. I just have to listen to myself and believe in me. Yes I am still carrying stuff from my childhood and culture…but they don’t belong to me…they don’t define me. In the end, it’s all about being your authentic self…SIMPLY BE YOU!

Ever since my early teens, as a coach and as a friend, Kosta has always been there to support and guide me. Every one needs somebody that can provide them with an impartial dose of clarity. We all require some sort of guidance. After all, we are only human. Kosta has helped me find that clarity. I loved meeting all the different people from different backgrounds, we all have our own stories to tell, being part of the changing seasons, amidst the fog, the bright and warm sun, the drippily rain and soft snow. It was truly inspiring. I loved listening to your wise words, they spoke to me, they reached me in a way that was incredibly powerful. I felt a lot this weekend. it was emotional, at times difficult, but all good. It was like divine therapy! Thank you for the safe space you provided for that. We are two professionals that are part of a consulting firm in downtown Montreal. We lead similar lives where we find ourselves on the go at all hours of the day. We were fortunate enough to meet Kosta during our Management Retreat.
